# WeBall

> WeBall (weball.fun) is a Solana token launchpad. Coins launch on Meteora's bonding curve paired with SOL or another listed token (such as USDC, a major, a meme or a tokenized stock) and graduate to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool with permanently locked liquidity. Trading fees, collected in SOL or the paired token, go to the coin's holders, who receive a basket of up to 3 tokens the creator picks; to the creator; or, for holders, partly into a leveraged perp position. One launch. Three ways to play.

## How it works

- Graduation: a coin graduates when 60 SOL has been raised on its curve (for a paired coin, a set amount of the paired token). Its liquidity is then locked forever.
- Pairs: a coin can pair with a listed token instead of SOL. Its holders' basket then includes that token at a fixed 60%, paid as the token itself.
- Three ways to launch, chosen at launch: holder mode (a fee of 1%, 2%, 3%; currently 85% of the fee share after Meteora's 20% goes to holders), creator mode (a 1% fee; currently 50% of the fee share goes to the creator, in SOL or the paired token), or Holders + Perps (holder mode, with 15%, 30%, 50% of the holders' share, by risk preset, funding one leveraged long on a Phoenix perp market; only banked profit leaves the position, paid to holders in the basket, and a position can lose what it holds).
- Rewards basket: 1 to 3 screened tokens, each at least 10%, totalling 100%. The creator can change it at most once a day, with 24 hours' notice before any round uses it.
- Payouts: a coin's rewards start the first time its pot reaches 2 SOL. After that a round runs when the pot reaches 0.5 SOL, or a day passes with at least 0.1 SOL in it, at most every hour. Shares are by balance at a published snapshot slot, counting only what was held since the previous round (an hour before, for a first round); shares under 0.01 SOL carry forward.
- Rewards come only from trading fees, in SOL or the paired token; the platform never sells a coin to fund them. Fees are WeBall's revenue once claimed, and the splits are current policy that can change.
- Coins held in liquidity pools or by WeBall's own wallets receive nothing; rewards go to people holding the coin.
- Launch protection: every new coin's trading fee starts at 50% and falls in steps to its normal rate over its first 10 minutes, so bots that buy in the first seconds pay heavily. The creator's own launch buy pays the normal rate, and the extra fees are shared like any other fee.
- Launch buy: the creator may buy up to 10% of supply at launch, shown on the coin page, and may lock it for 7, 30, 90 or 180 days.
- Deepen the pool: an option at launch, off unless chosen. After graduation, 10% of the pool's trading fees stay in the pool as permanently locked liquidity; the rest is shared as usual. It can't be changed later.
- Launch by chat: a creator can answer a few questions from an AI assistant instead of filling in the form, then launch from the chat. The AI only drafts; the creator approves the launch in their own wallet.
- Under current policy, holder fees go to holders for as long as a coin trades, whether or not it graduates.
- Referrals: a wallet that opens someone's referral link and then accepts WeBall's terms for the first time is linked to them. The referrer earns 10% of WeBall's share of the fees on that wallet's trades and on coins it launches, in SOL, out of WeBall's share only.
- $BALL is WeBall's platform token. 30% of the platform's share of fees buys $BALL and burns it; 20% is set aside for a flywheel that will buy and burn WeBall coins (half chosen by $BALL holders' votes, half by fees), not running yet.
- Every movement of money is on a public ledger with its transaction and the rule that triggered it.
- Health grades flag warning signs; they never mean a coin is safe. Nothing on WeBall is financial advice, and a coin can lose all of its value.
