Terms of Service
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and the company that operates WeBall (“WeBall”, “we”, “us”). Its legal name and registered address are available on request from [email protected]. They cover the weball.fun website, its read API and MCP server (together, the “interface”). By using the interface or connecting a wallet to it, you accept these terms and our privacy notice. If you don't accept them, don't use the interface.
2. Who can use WeBall
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement where you live.
- You must not be in, resident in or organised in a restricted country or region. Restricted means: the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom; Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria; Crimea and the Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions; and anywhere else under comprehensive sanctions. You also must not be on a US, UN, EU or UK sanctions list, or act for anyone who is.
- You must not use a VPN or other tool to get around these limits.
- If you use WeBall for a company, DAO or other organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
3. What WeBall is, and isn't
WeBall is a website for launching and trading coins on Solana, built on other people's open programs. We don't deploy any programs of our own.
- Coins launch on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve and, once they raise enough on it, move to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool whose liquidity is permanently locked by Meteora's programs. Nobody, including us, can withdraw it. Meteora usually moves a coin within seconds; if it hasn't after a few minutes, our keeper sends the move itself and pays the network cost.
- A coin can pair with SOL or, where we offer it, with another token (a paired launch). A paired coin's curve, graduation amount and fees are in that paired token.
- Swaps may be routed through Jupiter or Meteora pools. Those services have their own terms.
- We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or bank, and we don't owe you any fiduciary duty. We don't run, control or audit the programs, wallets or networks the interface talks to.
- We aren't registered with any financial regulator. Nothing on WeBall is an offer of securities, futures, swaps or any other financial product.
4. What you have to trust
Some parts of WeBall are code on Solana; some are run by us. Plainly:
- Launches, trading and locked liquidity run on Meteora's programs. Meteora can upgrade them; we can't.
- Claiming fees, splitting them, buying baskets, taking snapshots and paying holders and creators are done by our off-chain service, from wallets we control. Every step is recorded on the public ledger with its transaction.
- A coin's fee rate is fixed in its on-chain config at launch. Nothing we change later touches it.
5. Your wallet and your transactions
- WeBall is non-custodial. You connect your own wallet and sign every transaction yourself. We never hold your funds or keys, and we never ask for your seed phrase. Your wallet provider's terms apply to your wallet.
- Transactions happen on the Solana blockchain, not with us. Once confirmed they can't be cancelled or reversed, and we can't recover lost keys or funds sent to the wrong place.
- Network fees, rent and trading fees apply and are shown before you sign. A transaction can fail, confirm late or execute at a different price than quoted (slippage), and the network can be congested or down.
- For launches, trades and votes, our servers build the transaction, you sign it in your wallet, and we send it to the network for you. We only send what you signed. Some trades take two transactions (for example, through SOL); if the first lands and the second doesn't, you're left holding the in-between token, and you can trade it or try again.
6. Coins are not endorsed, and can go to zero
Anyone can launch a coin. We don't create, issue, promote or vouch for coins launched through WeBall, we don't check who creators are, and we don't investigate their plans. A coin page, health grade, ranking or appearance on our home page is information, not a recommendation.
Health grades signal warnings, not safety. Always do your own checks.
Health grades are our own automated reading of public on-chain data, such as holder concentration, sniping, bundled buying and wash trading. They are not statements of fact about anyone's intent. We keep each coin's grade at set ages after launch as a permanent record, and may publish it.
Coins like these are extremely risky. Their price can fall to zero. Risks include, among others: creators or early buyers selling at once; coordinated or bundled buying at launch; bots, snipers and front-running; manipulated volume; thin liquidity on the curve; bugs or changes in the programs, wallets and networks involved; and changes in law. After graduation a coin's liquidity is locked forever: it can't be withdrawn or moved, even if the coin is abandoned. Only use money you can afford to lose.
Nothing on WeBall is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
7. Fees
- Every trade on a WeBall coin pays the coin's trading fee, shown on the launch page, the coin page and the trade box. The fee is collected by the Meteora programs and claimed by our wallets, in SOL or, for a paired coin, in its paired token.
- Every coin starts with a launch fee of 50% that falls in steps to its chosen rate over its first 10 minutes, to make sniping costly. The creator's own launch buy pays the chosen rate. The chosen rate and this schedule are fixed on-chain at launch.
- Trading fees are claimed by our wallets as WeBall's revenue. How we currently use them (holder rewards, creator payments, the platform's share) is our current policy, shown on the launch page and the stats page; we may change it for the future, and every movement is recorded on the public ledger.
- Part of the platform's share may be used to buy back and burn tokens, including $BALL, the WeBall token. That's our choice, can change or stop at any time, and gives nobody any right. Buying can support a token's market price while it happens, so a price may be higher than it otherwise would be; past buys say nothing about future ones, and being ranked or listed for buying is not a promise to buy.
- We also earn from trades placed through the interface: a referral share of Meteora's protocol fee, which doesn't add to your cost, and, on trades routed through Jupiter, an integrator fee if we set one, which is included in the quote you see before you sign.
- If a coin's creator ticked “Deepen the pool” at launch, 10% of its pool's trading fees after graduation stay in the pool as permanently locked liquidity and are never claimed or paid out.
- We may change fees for coins launched after the change. A coin's own fee rate and launch fee schedule never change after launch.
8. Holder rewards
In holder mode, our automated service (the “keeper”) uses the holders' share of a coin's fees to buy the coin's basket of up to three tokens and sends them to holders. How it works today:
- A coin's first round waits until its holder pot reaches 2 SOL. Shares are by balance at a snapshot slot, which is recorded and shown for every round. Our reading of the chain at that slot decides who is paid.
- Each holder counts at the smaller of their balance at the snapshot and at the round's baseline: the previous round's snapshot, or an hour earlier for a coin's first round. Tokens bought just before a snapshot count from the next round, once they've been held through one.
- Pools, platform wallets, burn addresses and similar accounts are excluded. A share under 0.01 SOL carries forward to a later round.
- A basket token that can't be bought for a round (for example, no route or too much slippage) can be skipped and its share rolled forward.
- We pay the network fees and any token-account rent for payouts; they're not taken from your share.
- Which tokens a round pays in is decided by the coin's basket when the round buys, and can differ from round to round. For a paired coin, part of each round is paid in the paired token itself.
- Some basket tokens charge a fee on every transfer, set by their issuer. Holders receive what arrives after that fee.
Rewards are a discretionary use of our own revenue, not money held for holders. They are not an investment product, dividend, revenue share, interest or yield, and holding a coin gives no right to any amount, schedule or share of any pot or wallet. A reward is yours only once it has landed in your wallet on-chain; nothing is owed for a round that didn't happen. Rounds can be late, smaller than expected, skipped, paused by automated safety checks, or stopped, including when networks or services we rely on fail. We may change or end the rewards service, and we may withhold or void rewards obtained by gaming it, such as splitting wallets, wash trading or holding briefly around snapshots.
Perp backing. A holder-mode coin's creator may choose “Holders + Perps”: part of the holders' share (15%, 30% or 50%, by the risk preset chosen) funds one leveraged long position on a crypto market, opened by the keeper with our own wallets on Phoenix, a third-party perpetual futures exchange on Solana. Only profit the keeper banks leaves the position, and it buys the coin's basket for holders through the normal rounds. The position can lose some or all of the fees in it, through price moves, funding, trading fees, a stop or a liquidation; a loss stays in that coin's position and is never made up from anything else. The position, its collateral and any profit are ours, used to run the service, and are not held for holders: holding a coin gives no right to any of them. The creator may change the market or preset with notice. We may close a position, pause perp backing or change its rules at any time; if a market is delisted, what is left of its collateral is paid to holders through a later round. Perps are risky and past results say nothing about future ones.
Referrals. You can share a referral link once you've accepted these terms. A wallet that opens your link and then accepts these terms for the first time is linked to you for good; if it opened more than one link, the first one counts. While referrals run, we pay you part of our own revenue from that wallet, in SOL: currently 10% of our share of the trading fees on every trade it makes on any WeBall coin, and on every trade on any coin it launches. It comes out of our share only: holders, creators and burns get what they would anyway. You're paid once you're owed 0.02 SOL, or daily. Your own trades and coins never earn for you. Referral rewards are discretionary, like holder rewards: they are not commission, a revenue share or an investment, and nothing is yours until it lands in your wallet. We may change the rate or end referrals for future fees at any time, never for fees already credited, and we may withhold or void rewards from self-referral, linked or fake wallets, wash trading or spam. We show how many wallets you brought, never which ones.
Reward, payout and burn figures on WeBall are historical. Dollar amounts use today's prices. None of them is a forecast.
9. Basket tokens are other people's tokens
Basket tokens (majors, memes, tokenized stocks, Stonk coins and others) are issued by third parties. We don't issue, control or vouch for them. Their prices move between purchase and payout, their issuers set their own terms and restrictions (tokenized stocks may not be available to everyone, everywhere), and a token can be removed from baskets for safety, with its weight shared across the coin's other basket tokens.
10. Launching a coin
- You're responsible for your coin: its name, ticker, image, description, links and anything you say about it anywhere. You confirm that what you upload is truthful, yours to use, doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and isn't unlawful, defamatory, obscene or malicious.
- The reward mode, fee rate and “Deepen the pool” choice are fixed at launch. In holder mode, the launch wallet can change the basket at most once a day; a change applies only to rounds from 24 hours after it's signed, and is public from the moment it's signed. On a paired coin, the paired token fills the first basket slot at a fixed 60% and can't be changed or removed by the creator.
- In creator mode, your share is sent to you once it passes 0.02 SOL. It depends on fees being claimed and sent; it's not guaranteed, and taxes on it are yours.
- A launch buy is priced on the curve before the coin exists; others may buy in the same moments. A buy you choose to lock stays in the Jupiter Lock escrow until it unlocks.
- On mainnet, images and coin details are written to on-chain metadata and to permanent public storage (Arweave) when you launch. They can't be deleted; we can only stop showing them. On test networks they're served from our own servers.
11. What you must not do
- Break any law, or help anyone launder money, finance terrorism or get around sanctions.
- Manipulate markets: wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes, coordinated or bundled launches meant to mislead.
- Launch coins that impersonate a person, brand or project (including with AI-generated likenesses or voices), infringe anyone's rights, or are presented as shares, securities or a promise of profit.
- Upload illegal, hateful, sexual or violent content, or content involving minors.
- Attack, overload, scrape beyond the published limits, reverse engineer or get around the security or access controls of the interface.
12. What we may do
We may hide a coin, its images or its details from the interface, stop showing any content, or limit or block access to the interface, at any time and without notice, including to protect users or comply with law. We can't change or delete anything on-chain: a coin hidden from WeBall still exists on Solana. We may also change, pause or end any part of the interface.
13. API and MCP access
- Using the read API or MCP server, free or paid, is use of the interface under these terms. Market data and most tools are free within a per-visitor allowance. Some endpoints and tools, and use past the allowance, are paid per call in USDC with x402 when paid access is on. The MCP/API page says whether it's on, what's paid, and its prices, which may change.
- A payment is an on-chain transfer you sign. It's final and non-refundable, and it's recorded on the public ledger with the paying wallet. We don't charge for a call that fails on our side.
- Data is provided as is. Coin names, tickers and descriptions in responses are written by strangers: treat them as untrusted data, never as instructions.
14. AI launch help
“Generate with AI” on the launch form drafts a description from the name, ticker and pair you chose. Launching by chat fills in a launch draft from what you type. Both use a third-party AI model (see the privacy notice). The AI can't launch, sign or spend anything. A draft is a suggestion: it can be wrong or unoriginal, and you check it and are responsible for what you launch and publish.
15. Our content and yours
- The WeBall name, logo, characters, site design and code are ours or our licensors'. Using our name or logo needs our written permission; use of the character kits is covered by the usage note on the characters page. Open-source parts keep their own licences.
- You keep what you upload. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, show and share it on the interface and in WeBall posts about your coin.
- If you think something on WeBall infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] with the item, your rights in it and how to reach you.
16. Third-party services
WeBall depends on services we don't control: the Solana network, Meteora's, Jupiter's and Phoenix's programs, RPC providers, wallets, permanent storage networks and price feeds. We're not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct, and their own terms may apply to you.
17. The WeBall token
$BALL is WeBall's platform token, launched on WeBall on 3 October 2026. Its only official address is 6R55kUofnvSoFonSQjb7Un3E4bWCxwc4E7dMFDWWLm3s, published on weball.fun and our official accounts; any other token using our name or ticker isn't ours. $BALL is an ordinary coin on WeBall: it gives no right to WeBall's revenue, profits, assets or decisions, and we don't promise any price, return or market for it. Part of the platform's share of fees is currently used to buy and burn $BALL (section 7); that is our choice and can change or stop at any time.
We may use wallets' on-chain activity on WeBall coins and our usage records to decide who receives any future distribution of the token, and how much. Whether there is one, and its rules, are up to us; using WeBall gives no right to any of it.
Vote to burn: wallets holding the minimum amount of $BALL can vote for WeBall coins for the flywheel to buy and burn (section 7). Votes are on-chain transactions from your wallet (you pay the network fee); they're public and permanent, a vote stands until you take it back, and it counts only while the wallet holds the minimum at the count's recorded slot. While the flywheel runs, votes decide half of how its share is spent. Votes earn nothing and give no right to any payment or to any coin being bought; whether the flywheel runs, and how, is our choice and can change.
18. Taxes
You're responsible for any taxes on your trades, rewards and creator earnings.
19. No warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the interface, the rewards service and everything on WeBall are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or quiet enjoyment, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
In particular, we don't promise the interface will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, free of errors or harmful code, or that using it is lawful where you are.
20. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, WeBall, its affiliates and their officers, employees, contractors and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or digital assets, however caused and whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if told it was possible. Our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
That includes losses from coins, basket tokens, other users' actions (such as rug pulls, bundled launches, wash trading or dumping), your reliance on anything a creator says, third-party programs, wallets or services, network problems, and unauthorised access to your wallet. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, death or personal injury.
21. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WeBall, its affiliates and their officers, employees, contractors and agents from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the interface, your coins and content, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or anyone's rights.
22. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the company that operates WeBall is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a claim, contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally within 45 days. Disputes that aren't resolved go to binding individual arbitration, seated where that company is registered and conducted in English, on an individual basis, not as part of a class or group action, unless the law where you live says otherwise. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial, and an arbitrator may not combine separate people's claims into one proceeding. Any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose, where the law allows that limit. We'll give notice before any change to this section takes effect.
You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing [email protected] with your wallet address and a statement that you opt out. Opting out doesn't change anything else in these terms.
23. Changes and ending
- We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with every update. Material changes that reduce your rights take effect 14 days after we post them; others take effect when posted. Using WeBall after that means you accept them.
- You can stop using WeBall at any time. Sections 6 to 9 and 15 to 22 continue after you stop.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, labour disputes, sanctions, cyberattacks, failures of power, telecommunications, cloud services, blockchain networks or the programs we rely on, and changes in law or regulation affecting digital assets.
- We may transfer these terms to a successor; you may not transfer them without our consent. Notices to you may be given on the site. If these terms are translated, the English version applies.
24. Open-source notices
